Dorm Sweet Dorm

Hi ya'll!

As we're all aware of, I'm attending good ol' UA this upcoming fall.

I recently began the roommate search (still looking just saying)

But on Pinterest I have my dream dorm board so I've decided to share what I'd love to have in my dream dorm.

Seriously if I could have any room ever, I'd want it to look like this.

In all honesty, the bedding I have for my dorm looks like this:

Except its pillowcases and a comforter instead of sheets.

And I'm currently making this throw but in white instead.

Then just add:

over the bed

Couple of these in pink and white

I really want this.

And no room is complete without a little Roll Tide!

I'm still looking for a roommate but I'll settle looking for an awesome room for right now.

Happy 2012 My Lovelies!

Welcome to the start of the new year!

2011 has been some year.

Not the best. Not the worst.

Good.

To recap

I finished my 11th grade year

I turned 17.

I got accepted to the University of Alabama and the University of Mississippi

I've gained a few friends and lost some too.

I started my final year of high school.

I had my last high school football game, homecoming week and pep rally.

I decided to attend the University of Alabama

I became a twitter addict (@meghandennis)

I survived my 1st semester of senior year with all As.

That's just a little bit of 2011.

It was a good year. Not great. Not bad. But good for sure.

2012, I'm ready for ya.

I'm looking forward to this new year.

A lot of change will be coming.

It's exciting and scary at the same time.

Things on the horizon.

Will I go? Will I not? We'll just have to wait and see.

Holy Hell! This is crazy. I should  not be getting ready for this.

I'm so excited but just thinking about it makes me want to cry

Turning 18

June 14th, 2012. 18 is a big deal. I don't know how I'll feel about it but it's still a big deal.

Starting College

Again Holy Hell! COLLEGEEEEE!!!!! OMGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!! Alabama I am so ready for you.

Roll Tide Roll. I can't wait to call Tuscaloosa home!

Finally get in shape

I know this is something everyone does but I'm really going to try to get happy with the way I look and feel comfortable in my own skin.

Some of the few things I have to look forward to this year.

I'm sure I'll keep ya'll well informed.

I'm going to go back and try to finish my English essay.

I feel completely terrible for my lack of posts in the last month.

I'd say I've been so busy and all that but I'm trying to not make excuses.

Let's just say I've been uninspired and haven't made the time to blog.

Flash to the Past

Hello loves!

I hope everyone is having a wonderful long weekend.

As we are aware of, yesterday was Vetern's Day. For that I'd like to say thank you to the many men (and a few women) in my family who have served; I love you all and to everyone else who has served or is thinking of, I thank you all!

Also yesterday was what some called the luckiest day of the year which won't happen for another century: 11/11/11. 

While many were out doing what ever they were doing to be lucky, I was taking a trip back to the 1920s.

Yesterday my good friend, Nick had his murder mystery birthday party.

It was so much fun.
